RenterFriendly.COM is not responsible for any monetary damages incurred from photos being used on this site that were taken from another website. You, as an apartment manager, are responsible for any lawsuit that is filed against using photos that have been used on this website that were taken from another website online. You agree to get permission from the owner of such photos prior to using them on this website, or you agree to take your own photos so that you are the owner and have sole discretion as to how those photos are used. Additionally, RenterFriendly.COM will not add/remove any photos that you’ve used on this website, you are responsible for making sure that you’ve been granted permission to use those photos, otherwise, we’d encourage that you remove them from this website if we determine that those copyrighted photos are being used on this website.

Upon 60 days written notice from RenterFriendly.COM, basic (free) listings may start costing a nominal monthly fee, but you will be notified appropriately before any such monthly fee is incurred by you. If we decide that basic listings will start incurring a monthly fee, you will have the opportunity to pay such fees to remain listed on this website, or you will have the opportunity to cancel/remove your listing from the website to avoid such fees. It is our goal to keep basic listings free forever, but we are not committed to this concept, and there is a possibility that this could change.

You also agree, by adding your apartment community, that we can modify, add, or remove any information that you’ve presented about your community on this website. Our objective is to increase your monthly prospects to your community, and we will modify, add, or remove any content on your property listing that we feel will better enhance your search engine results, thus giving you more visitors. If there is any discrepancy in any information that we’ve contributed, removed, or edited to your property listing, it is your responsibility to notify us within 60 days, or the information will be deemed as appropriate and accurate and we will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by this addition, edit, or removal.
